Service
Temperature-controlled transport
Movements within a specified temperature range
What the service covers
Temperature-sensitive goods allow no compromise: a breach on a single leg can write off the whole consignment. We move them in insulated or refrigerated bodies, with the temperature in the load space recorded throughout and the datalogger printout attached to the delivery documents. The required range is agreed at quotation stage — please state it in your enquiry.

Common questions
The questions we get asked most
-
01
Do I get a temperature record?
Yes. The record of transport conditions is attached to the delivery documents.
-
02
How is the transport temperature set?
From the requirement stated by the shipper. The range is confirmed in the order before the vehicle is allocated.
-
03
What happens if the range is breached?
We report it during the movement rather than after delivery, and the decision on what happens next is yours.
