What the service covers
Stock is worth what the information about it is worth. We maintain records for consigned goods, manage batch rotation and report availability to an agreed rhythm.
Receipts and issues are recorded as they happen rather than in a batch at the end of a period. Discrepancies surface immediately, while it is still possible to establish the cause.
Stocktakes are run on a cycle and on request. Each one produces a list of differences and where in the flow they arose — the only way to make the next stocktake look better.

How often do we get a stock report?
On the rhythm agreed at set-up — daily, weekly or otherwise. It goes out automatically; you do not have to ask for it.

Do you monitor shelf life?
Yes, where the goods call for it. The rotation rule and warning thresholds are agreed before stock is taken in.

What happens when a stocktake shows a difference?
We report it with an account of where in the flow it arose. Movements are recorded as they happen precisely so the cause can be traced.
