About us
About us
We run road freight and organise the processes around it for companies that need a predictable partner rather than the lowest line in a rate table.
Transport is a repeatable service. Vehicles, trailers and routes look much the same at every carrier — the difference is made in how a job is run: who answers the phone, how quickly news of a delay reaches you, and whether the paperwork arrives on time.
EMAS Logistics is built around exactly that difference. Every job has one owner on our side, the terms are agreed before the load is collected, and we raise problems when they appear rather than afterwards.
Our mission
We want transport to stop being a source of uncertainty for our customers. A delivery should happen on the agreed date, within the agreed scope and at the agreed rate — and if anything departs from that plan, the customer should hear it from us before they ask.
Values
The principles we work to
Responsibility is assigned
Every job has one owner. There is never a moment when you do not know who to call.
Terms are in writing
Rate, scope and liability agreed before the load is collected, not after the movement.
We raise issues early
We flag the risk of a delay when we spot it. We would rather change the plan than explain a missed deadline.
Paperwork is part of the service
A movement is not finished until the complete document set is with the customer.
Goods staged for loading, with the transport paperwork complete.
How we run a job
The sequence is the same for a single movement and for a long-term contract. You know what to expect at each stage, and we can hand a job over inside the team without losing the context.
-
01
Scope
We verify the cargo details, the lane and the date. If something is missing we ask before quoting, not after the vehicle has arrived.
-
02
Terms confirmed
We state the rate, the scope and the liability. The job starts on written confirmation.
-
03
Supervised execution
We monitor the route and report status. If anything deviates from plan, we make the first call.
-
04
Closing and documents
We confirm unloading, collect the return paperwork and close the job.
Logistics expertise
What we bring to a job
Operational approach
We plan a movement from its constraints: time windows, unloading capability and the formal requirements along the route. The rate is the result of that plan, not its starting point.
Logistics expertise
Body selection, load securing, documentary requirements country by country — knowledge we bring to the job before a problem appears.
Cargo safety
Lashing is matched to the mass and its distribution, and the condition of the load is documented on receipt and release. That makes it clear when any damage occurred.
International reach
We handle cross-border lanes together with documentation and clearance coordination. Destination requirements are checked before loading.
Judge us on a real job
The fairest test of a transport company is the first movement it runs for you. Send us an enquiry and we will reply with a quotation and terms.
