What the service covers
Kitting turns several stock lines into one line that is ready to ship or ready for the production floor. We combine components into kits, add instructions and accompanying items, mark the finished unit and prepare it for transport.
Simple assembly operations are carried out to the instruction you supply. Before the batch runs we build the first kit for approval — the cheapest moment to catch a mistake in the component list.
Component consumption is reconciled piece by piece. If a line runs short mid-batch, or a component arrives that does not match the specification, we report it and stop the work pending your decision.

We stop and report the shortage. We do not substitute one component for another without your written agreement.
