Contract processing means taking one defined operation out of your process and running it for you — repeatably, to agreed parameters, with every batch accounted for.
The scope begins with writing the operation down: what goes in, what must come out, what the acceptance criteria are and where checks happen. That document is the basis of the relationship and the reference point whenever a question arises.
We work on consigned material and reconcile it after every batch. You get the quantity produced, the material used and any non-conformities recorded — without having to ask.
