What the service covers
On intercontinental lanes the deadline is not decided by the flight or the sailing but by what happens either side of it: the run to the terminal, the completeness of the documents, clearance, and getting a vehicle to the consignee.
We run the job end to end. We match the mode to the deadline and the value of the cargo — air where time decides, sea where unit cost decides — and we own the handovers between legs.
Documents are checked before despatch, not at the terminal. Status updates go out as they happen, including departure and estimated arrival dates.

How do we choose between air and ocean?
By deadline and cargo value. Air pays where time decides, or where the value of the goods exceeds the cost difference; sea pays on low unit-value cargo with a longer horizon.

Do you arrange the feeder leg and delivery at destination?
Yes. The job runs door to door, including pre-carriage and on-carriage at both ends of the lane.

Who handles customs clearance?
We coordinate it with the clearing agent and verify the document set before despatch, so a missing paper does not strand the cargo at a terminal.
